 It's known, in that it is reported in this ticket, and in
 https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=44605.

 It is unlikely that many or any changes are needed in individual
 extensions, but rather than changes are needed to m4 files installed by
 the php74 etc ports.
