 just so we keep track...

 I believe using this fix {{{-Wno-error=implicit-function-declaration }}}
 will mean it cannot build on arm64.

 If that is true, we should perhaps mark all these somehow as we'll soon be
 back to fix them again (hopefully with upstream fixes.)
