 From past experience I know that this error might be caused by wrong Xcode
 version or not accepted license. However I deleted everything: Xcde,
 command line tools, and Mac Ports, reinstalled, accepted the license and
 am still getting this error. Also all the other ports seem to be working
 fine (git, neovim, bash, pass, redo, multimarkdown).
