 I'm unable to provide MacOS 11.0-specific support (and on 10.15 there are
 no errors with p5.26-crypt-gcrypt).

 Do we know for certain that gcrypt is installed?

 When I glance at the base code for `_portnameactive`, which only checks
 `registry::entry installed` rather than `registry::entry active`.
