Comment:

 This was caused buy [a208839acf6fb291ec94c3837687d5ade2fc4520/macports-
 ports] which switched the download URL from "archive" type to "tarball"
 type. The solution should be to fix it back to "archive" type, possibly
 with some additional tweaks. I will see if I can figure it out.
