 These functions are defined in dlfcn.h; is that being properly included in
 [https://github.com/gcc-
 mirror/gcc/blob/8cd3bffead2ed1d1998c190865694f920fbc93ab/gcc/system.h#L682
 gcc/system.h], which in turn jit-result.c and jit-playback.c include?
