 After upgrade to bigsur (beta 11 ad this day)
 macport cannot run

 tjhe latest PKG 2.6.3 for mac osx doesn't run
 also tried to compile from
 https://distfiles.macports.org/MacPorts/MacPorts-2.6.3.tar.bz2
 make

 reports 20 compile errors :
 error: architecture not supported

 the same for GIT
