 With the upgrade to 3.21, the meld port now requires yelp as a runtime
 dependency. Yelp pulls in a ton of extra dependencies that mostly require
 building locally when running +quartz globally, but ultimately yelp itself
 fails to build. Based on #55345, yelp is currently incompatible with
 +quartz. As this is only providing some simple help pages that can also be
 found online, can the yelp dependency just be removed?  Or else maybe it
 could be put behind the +x11 variant or its own new variant?
