 I'm just noting that I didn't push my last meson Tiger patches into
 MacPorts <https://github.com/kencu/TigerPorts/tree/master/devel/meson>.

 I'll see about updating to meson 55, and then whether I might do that.

 meson updates frequently, my Tiger patches more slowly, so i tend to peg
 it and update it occassionally, like we do with libuv.

 perhaps i can sell that idea for the main meson port here too...
