 When using `curl @7.73.0_0+ares+gnutls+http2 (active) platform='darwin 9'
 archs='ppc' date='2020-10-17T21:27:45+0200'`, with GnuTLS instead of
 OpenSSL and therefore no SFTP or SCP, also no submission.
