 To correct myself, `stricmp()` is declared in libsrc/util/strfuns.h, so
 maybe `#include <util/strfuns.h>` (or possibly `#include <libutil.h>`) is
 all that's missing from libsrc/Wi/numeric.c. I will try that and open a PR
 if it works.
