 [https://github.com/mnooner256/pyqrcode pyqrcode] has not been updated
 since early 2016.

 A fork of this, [https://github.com/pyqrcode/pyqrcodeNG pyqrcodeNG], has
 been updated as recently as April 2020. This is what is currently being
 packaged by openSUSE in both
 [https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/python-PyQRCode
 Tumbleweed] and
 [https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Leap:15.2:Update/python-
 PyQRCode Leap 15.2] in preference to the standard pyqrcode.

 However, even this is now unmaintained, and the
 ''[https://github.com/pyqrcode/pyqrcodeNG/blob/master/README.rst README]''
 instead suggests [https://github.com/heuer/segno segno] as an alternative.
 I personally think that the current pyqrcode port should be made obsolete
 and that one of the two substitutes should be added instead (I'd be happy
 to write a portfile for it), although I'm interested to hear what anyone
 else thinks.
