 I started working on it. `Portfile` would need another patch, one that
 lets MacPorts' `gnutar` untar the archive to restore the original dates.
 This would also help with this ERROR:

 {{{
 ValueError: ZIP does not support timestamps before 1980
 }}}

 Testing `Meson` needs some extra `Python` packages and possibly some other
 software ('gcovr'). Finding this will be more successful after some sleep…
