 Not sure if there were any chances to the PHP 7.4 port but after upgrading
 to 7.4.11 Composer and Wordpress will not run properly. My Linux servers
 in production with 7.4.11 seem to be fine, but for some reason my El
 Capitan Xserver with 7.4.11 is having issues. Both Composer and Wordpress
 will hang indefinitely. Apache Status shows the tasks as Sending Reply and
 they seem to hand indefinitely.
