 fmt/time.h was
 [https://github.com/fmtlib/fmt/commit/b97e5d8c2ac858ae563c7573c4dd79d237565f99
 deliberately removed from fmt by its developers] in version 6.0.0. It
 looks like the replacement header is fmt/chrono.h.

 [ticket:61353 Updating restinio to the latest version] would fix this,
 since the developers of restinio
 [https://github.com/Stiffstream/restinio/commit/32b772f43e30cbd2a0ab51ece410636a0b42687a
 fixed the problem] in 0.6.0.
