 Could be there is also a setting for `LD` needed – quite many times I see
 on Tiger `Unable to determine dynamic linker`. Could be `GCC 7` should be
 used for compilation… (`-std=c++11` is checked for, options like `-flto`
 are `-fsanitize=address` are being used during tests)
