 The case does seem to be the cause of the failures:

 Run-time dependency python found: NO (tried framework)
 ../.tmp/tmpwulm1y_8/meson.build:2:0: ERROR: Dependency "Python" not found,
 tried framework
 }}}

 There must be another reason why these frameworks tests fail.
