Comment (by ballapete):

 Ken, `Meson` definitely needs the `nm_behave_MacOSX.patch` for
 `mesonbuild/scripts/symbolextractor.py` in order to correctly invoke `nm`.
 I am trying to upgrade the `at(k) ports` and I am seeing the `nm`
 failures.
