 {{{
 -isysroot /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk
 }}}
 which as Josh points out does indeed suggest MacPorts is not finding the
 Unix build tools at {{{/usr/include}}}.

 You can install those from the 10.4 disks.
