 Quick report here: udunits2 v2.2.27.14 breaks my system - macOS 10.15.6
 with XCode 11.6 and 12 as well.

 It installs fine, but most applications depending on it won't work because
 of an unset "UDUNITS2_XML_PATH" environment variable. Tried manually
 setting that variable, but the only fix for me was going back to
 v2.2.27.6.
