 On the 10.14 and 10.15 buildbot workers only, reinteract cannot be
 activated:

 If I delete
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/bin/reinteract
 try again, it comes back:

 I checked the disks of both workers with Disk Utility - First Aid and no
 problems were found.
