 Ports fail to build with this or similar errors:

 Error: Failed to activate ncurses: Image error: /opt/local/bin/captoinfo
 already exists and does not belong to a registered port.  Unable to
 activate port ncurses. Use 'port -f activate ncurses' to force the
 activation.

 }}}

 Not sure how many ports have this issue at present but ncurses is one.
