 The FreeCiv UI used to be in English, but now it's in Greek.  I haven't
 tried to play since apparently 2017, so I don't know exactly when this
 changed.  I assume there's some setting somewhere that controls the UI
 language but I couldn't find any documentation of it, and trying to run it
 with different values of `LANG` in its environment didn't help.
