Comment (by jhoyt4):

 The missing ARM pieces were added to the upstream git hub repo yesterday.
 The repo owner stated in the ticket that they'll be pushing a release
 soon.  When that happens I'll probably make up a PR to rev bump py2app to
 the latest.
