 MacPorts does not wish to clone repositories. MacPorts wishes to download
 (and mirror) source code tarballs.

 disabled in the portable source.

 Why in the world would it not be possible to build with quartz support
 anymore by downloading the source code tarball? We've been able to do that
 before.
