 IF you don't really care about rust on arm64, and I will guess you don't
 at present care about it, I assume you are trying to install something
 that wants libheif and libheif now includes rav1e, and that requires rust.

 rust is a bear, and builds on reasonably few macOS systems. So this has
 caused some wreckage.

 If you edit the libheif Portfile:
 {{{
 bbedit `port file libheif`
 }}}

 and remove the need for rav1e, you should be good to go.
