#62694: [fftw-3] libgcc-devel, fail to build  in BigSur 11.2 by (11_arm64)

 I have no idea for this error.
 This took for almost 1hr to build "libgcc-devel" with 100% CPUs (8 cores
 Full running).
 Please try to solve this, if somebody has interest on it.
