 We see these bootstrap comparison errors sometimes. They can often
 disappear when you build the port again.

 Please do this (overnight if you like :>).
 {{{
 sudo port clean libgcc-devel
 sudo port -v install libgcc-devel
 }}}

 and see if that "just works" to fix it, please.

 There is no arm64 buildbot just now, so we can't compare you to our
 reference platform, but (so far) no other reports of this.
