 The Portfile still indicates a runtime dependency on Python (now version
 3.8).

 Is this correct? How would librsvg even know to use specifically
 `python3.8` when the only reference to this specific Python version is in
 the runtime dependency specification in the Portfile?

 Please remove the dependency if it is just a leftover.
