 Ugh. Panda needs to be removed from ports, I basically completely forgot
 about it. It probably never even worked correctly at all.

 The GitHub repo says:

 > Panda is not maintained and developed anymore; please use zef instead.

 I don't think we need to rush into providing zef. That should be done by
 the first one who's familiar / interested / ...
