 What should be done to fix it? Without it I am not able to install scikit-
 learn. I was following -> http://dioskurn.com:8000/installing-scikit-
 learn-in-macos/

 I have followed this link -> #57994, and have tried everything mentioned
 there. Nothing seems to work.

Comment:

 Please attach the main.log file so that we can see why it failed.

 There is another open ticket about OpenBLAS build failures on Big Sur on
 Apple Silicon: #61700. Depending on what we see in your log, it may be the
 same issue.
