 Yeah, FX has had his own patchset of Iain's patches backported to gcc10
 going for a year or so now. I've never been quite sure why, but that is
 what they preferred.

 Those patches will get the @loader_path treatment soon as well, I expect.
 Iain is moving that into gcc mainline.

 We should just fix OpenBLAS -- it's link link is wrong.
