 Hello,

 My version of emacs-devel recently updated from @20210105_0 to
 @20210426_0.  After this update, I could no longer install doom emacs due
 to not having native comp: (https://github.com/hlissner/doom-
 emacs/issues/4652).  When I try to enable the variant, it requires gcc10
 which is blocked on apple silicon.

 Why this is only a problem after upgrade, I'm not sure.
