 I tried port instrall transmission and it failed

  xcodebuild[2586:3293833] [MT] IDELogStore: Failed to open log store at
 /opt/local/var/macports/home/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData
 /Transmission-emlqguwaymkdblflhtswzpqkynlc/Logs/Build
 }}}

 and I then do

 {{{
 $ ls /opt/local/var/macports/home/Library/Developer
 CoreSimulator
 }}}
 So no Derived Data there just CoreSimulator
