 Since upgrading to Big Sur 11.3 I haven't been able to reproduce the
 problem with multiple invocations of

 $ rm /opt/local/var/macports/pingtimes
 $ /opt/local/bin/port clean --all p5.30-libwww-perl
 $ /opt/local/bin/port -v fetch p5.30-libwww-perl
 }}}
