Comment:

 It does not. Rebuild poppler while libjpeg-turbo is installed and active
 and poppler should pick it up. Rev-upgrade, which automatically runs after
 any port install or upgrade, should have noticed this problem and rebuilt
 poppler for you automatically, unless you turned rev-upgrade off or told
 it not to rebuild.
