 Thanks for the report.  It revealed a typo I had not seen in the code I
 sent to you.  There's a line with a very strange spelling of "4".

 Could you please try this tarball?  At some point I will also need the
 results of the full `make check`, not just `make check-examples`.
 Depending on the number of cores you have, I suggested `make check -j2`,
 cause it is very long.  Cheers!
