 It seems that you're actually trying to install {{{py27-pyqt5}}} and not
 PY37, correct? Anyway, the relevant error is:

 Can you please take a look what's discussed there and do some of the
 checks that Ken suggested there (for example, check what SDKs you have
 installed with {{{xcodebuild -showsdks}}})?
