Comment:

 `source.atlas.engineer` is not a hostname we control, nor is it used in
 the default MacPorts configuration. You appear to have a local source
 configured in sources.conf that is a git repo configured to pull from that
 host. If you intended to do that, you need to talk to whoever runs
 `source.atlas.engineer` about why it is down. If not, I guess you need to
 talk to whoever configured your MacPorts installation that way.
