 It isn't enough to build on anything before 10.15 because it uses
 MH_DYLIB_IN_CACHE which was added in 10.15.

 Thus, it also uses CPU_SUBTYPE_ARM64E, CPU_TYPE_ARM64_32 and
 CPU_SUBTYPE_ARM64_32_ALL which was added at 10.14.
