 Attached please find a port for `ntpstat` (along with a source code patch
 file to make it run properly on a Mac and a Makefile patch file to make
 Macports happy).

 `ntpstat` shows the network time protocol (ntp) status.

 `ntpstat` will  report the synchronisation state of the NTP daemon running
 on the local machine.  If the local system is found to be synchronised to
 a reference time source, `ntpstat` will report the approximate time
 accuracy.
