 Updated all dependents of `coreutils` to utilize a path-style dependency,
 so that `coreutils-devel` can serve as a drop-in replacement:

 In terms of overall status: Still need to resolve the implicit function
 declarations, to ensure that `coreutils-devel` is fully-functional. (And
 absolutely critical for ARM, to ensure proper operation.)
