Comment:

 So gtk3 installed successfully, and you already had python26 installed,
 and rev-upgrade has found that it and several other ports are broken and
 need to be rebuilt. That's not surprising given that it must have been
 brought over from another OS version that was able to build it. You need
 to follow the wiki:Migration instructions.
