 mod_tile installs a file called README_MacPorts.md which includes the
 paragraph:

 > These notes assume the port has been installed with the prefix
 `/opt/local`.
 > Replace with the appropriate prefix if you have installed it elsewhere.

 The port should take care of inserting the user's actual prefix into the
 readme so that this paragraph becomes unnecessary.
