Comment:

 We only build archives for ports' default variants, so since +analyzer is
 not on by default, there is indeed no archive for your specific variant
 combination. If you don't need +analyzer, you can specify -analyzer when
 upgrading, or just uninstall clang-9.0 and let it be installed with the
 default variants when needed as a dependency.
