 In the process of building Julia 1.6.2 on macOS 12.x, there appears to be
 a line in `julia-1.6.2/contrib/normalize_triplet.py` that trips up with a
 `KeyError: '12'`. It is trying to determine the OS version to determine
 some configuration and has not been hardcoded beyond macOS major version
 11. I have attached the full error log to this ticket.

 I believe this can be fixed by upgrading Julia as this problematic code is
 not present in Julia 1.7.0
