 I intend to rebuild something that uses many libraries, that will all need
 to be universal, so this makes sense for to me to set this?

 gmake - is trying to download a file that does not exist\\
 gmake-43_0+universal.darwin_20.arm64-x86_64.tbz2

 that seems to be the main issue for gmake build failure for me?
