Comment:

 Perhaps something outside of the control of MacPorts deleted
 /opt/local/share/git-gui/lib/Git Gui.app from your disk, because it should
 be there. It's there on my system.

 Try deactivating and then reactivating the git port to put all of its
 files back where they belong.
