 I'm trying to upgrade from 2.12_2 to 2.12_3 and again, I've let my
 computer compile overnight (13 hours).  Make is using a CPU at 100% and it
 seems to be building.  But, that's a really long time on  a fast computer.
 So, I don't think that this is fixed.
