 The new version [https://ports.macports.org/port/scribus-devel/details/
 built successfully] on our automated builders running macOS 11 on arm64
 and x86_64 and macOS 12 on arm64 so maybe there's a good chance it'll
 build on macOS 12 on x86_64 too. The other builders have a several-day
 backlog, and the macOS 12 x86_64 builder has a several-week backlog, so we
 won't know for some time if those builds succeed, but you can `sudo port
 selfupdate` and try to build the new version yourself.
